By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service. Any violations of these terms will lead to a block and/or blacklist from any further commissions from me by my own discretion.All commissions will now have varied line weights (see shaded toony example) and can be made with a simple one color/gradient background or no background for no extra charge!

The following Terms of Service covers both digital art and future fursuit commissions. The only difference with fursuit commissions will lie in the payment process, with a downpayment for materials upfront and labor payments before the suit is finished.My Terms of Service are subject to change in case of situations that may arise that I did not think of when writing them.Due to my current work schedule, I am currently only accepting headshot/bust commissions, which can sometimes include hands, paws, and/or arms/wings. However, depending on the species and my availability, I am willing to occasionally draw other pieces if specifically requested during the commission process. In this case, price can be determined through direct messages. Generally, a flat half-body will add $5, and a flat full-body will add $10. Shading for these will be an additional $3–8.
General Rules
My commissions are for personal use only. All my art is not to be used for the commissioner's profit, NFTs, or training AI!!You may not change, modify, edit, or use my work without my permission.You may not remove my (subtle) watermark from the finished product.You may not trace my art and/or claim it as your own.I reserve the right to refuse any commission of any kind for any reason whatsoever.All commissions are under shared rights of my own and the commissioner. Therefore, I reserve the right to post any completed commissions on my page at any time and use those commissions to advertise future commissions. The commissioner has these same rights but must credit me, and cannot claim the art as their own nor alter without explicit permission.

I will only draw anthro or feral animals and some mechs. I will not draw humans or complicated mechs.
WON'T draw
I will NOT under any circumstance make any art of the following:• NSFW
• Extremely suggestive poses
• Fetish
• Bodily fluids of any kind (other than mild blood)
• Demons
• Devils
• Characters I deem demonic in nature
• Extreme gore
• Extreme body horrorArguing for an exception to this will get you blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me for any sort of art in the future, including fursuits.
Commission Process
For now, I only accept payment through PayPal! The full commission must be paid before I start.I will keep all customers updated after the following levels of the product:• When the commission begins
• Rough sketch
• Refined sketch
• Lineart
• Flat colors
• ShadingI will not continue the piece until each level of the product is approved. If a level of the product is not approved within 2 weeks, and no notice is given about why you are not responding, I reserve the right to cancel your commission. Refunds will be applicable based on the section below.
Cancellations & Refunds
After the commission starts, I have every right to cancel the commission for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to problematic behavior, disrespect, and uncomfortability in making art of the species commissioned.In the case of a cancellation, whether by my part or yours as the commissioner, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the progress made. The following is assuming a flat piece. For shaded pieces, the difference between the flat and shaded price is added to the following refund price if shading hasn't started.No progress: full refund
Rough sketch: 60% refund
Refined sketch: 50% refund
Lineart: 40% refund
Finished product: No refund
Alterations
Major alterations include but are not limited to pose, expression, and proportion changes.Minor alterations include but are not limited to jewelry, eye direction, and extra fluff.Major alterations to the product can only be made during the sketch phase. Up to 5 alterations can be done during the sketch phase before additional charges will be made.Minor alterations to lineart can be made after the initial lineart. Up to 3 alterations to the lineart can be done during this phase before additional charges will be made.Color/Marking alterations can be made after the coloring phase. Up to 5 color/marking alterations can be made in this phase before additional charges will be made.Any alterations that do not meet the above requirements will result in additional charges based on my discretion.Finally, have common sense! If you aren't sure if you should say something, don't say it.By commissioning me, you agree to the above Terms of Service.
